Founded in 1998, CallWave (www.callwave.com) was a publicly traded company headquartered in San Francisco, California. In August of 2009, CallWave became FuzeBox following the purchase of WebMessenger for its desktop collaboration product.

The CallWave.com website is still online, but directs visitors to FuzeBox.com for most offerings. The online fax portion of CallWave’s business is now handled by eFax.com (www.efax.com), a j2 Global company.
