Fax2Mail has great digital telecommunication services as well as online faxing. In addition, they can integrate with your existing email addresses and digital phone numbers, which means you don’t have to change anything about your current business. Fax2Mail operates on a monthly subscription plan with basic charges starting at just $7.95 per month. There is a one time activation fee involved with setting up your account, but once that has been paid and out of the way, you’ll get a limit of 50 pages per month.
While this is significantly below what most online fax services offer, Fax2Mail does integrate well with your existing numbers and emails. If you’re a small business or person who doesn’t want to change the numbers and emails you already use, then Fax2Mail is probably perfect for you. However, if you do go over your limit of 50 pages a month, you’ll be charged an extra $0.09 per page. This charge also applies to outbound faxing, and any international faxes which you may receive could be charged at a higher rate. You’ll receive 30 free inbound faxes per month. In addition, you can add more users to your account and there is no limit to the amount of people you may add, but you’ll be charged $3.95 per person. Also, if a fax fails for some reason and you have to resend it, you’ll be charged an additional $0.04.
Fax2Mail doesn’t offer a free trial, but with its small service size and the ability to integrate into already existing numbers and emails, this makes it perfect for small business owners who don’t want to change anything about their service. While the number of faxes they offer is significantly less than others, their price point is also lower, which makes them a good alternative to businesses who do not expect to go over their monthly allowed limits.
