E-Fax – Ring Carrier’s Online Fax Solution

E-Fax online fax service provides any office with full fax functionality anywhere, anytime.  If you have access to email, you can send and receive faxes.  If you have a web browser, you can view and manage faxes, check your fax logs, edit and sign fax documents and manage stored faxes.  Faxes are transmitted over secure connections with no limitations on where the receiving fax machine is located.  International calls do incur additional charges.

Faxes received at your fax number are stored in your online account as PDF files.  They remain there for 30 days.  You should download them to your local computer for long-term storage, or you can always print them if you need a hard copy.  Ring Carrier’s online dashboard provides you the ability to edit and sign fax documents online without needing any special software on your computer.

No Software to Download

E-Fax is a total online fax solution. There are no drivers to install, no software to download. Once your account is established, you simply attach files to emails and press Send. You can also create your fax document online. Signing outbound faxes is a snap. Create your digital signature by scanning your signature and uploading it to your online account dashboard. Your digital signature can then be added to your fax by dragging and dropping your signature into the online editor and then positioning it where you need it.

E-Fax comes in three plan configurations. Each plan offers a local or toll-free fax number and a pool of shared inbound and outbound pages.
